Ref: email de Jorn Groninger, presidente del Comité Permanente de Avería Gruesa.
Pautas de CMI relacionadas con el promedio general que fueron aprobadas por la Asamblea. Como novedad absoluta, las Directrices incluyen ahora formularios normalizados de garantía de avería gruesa. Todos los documentos se desarrollaron en consulta con varias organizaciones de mercado y han recibido la aprobación oficial de la Cámara Naviera Internacional y la Unión Internacional de Seguros Marítimos. Además, se han realizado las modificaciones técnicas necesarias a las disposiciones sobre intereses contenidas en los YAR 2004 y 2016.
